A Cracked Engine Block leads to Complete AAA Service Experience
The heater on his wife’s SUV wasn’t working, so Paul Barber took the Envoy to AAA Car Care Center in Greenville, SC, for a new thermostat and water pump.
The problem, however, was much more serious.
The Master Technician at AAA, found the problem – a crack in the engine block.
“AAA had never done major engine work for us in the past,” said Barber, a AAA member since 1991. “I was impressed that the mechanic was a master technician with lots of experience. So, the engine was replaced - which took over a week - but we were kept informed each step of the way.”
A few problems crept up after the Barbers got their vehicle back, and they were delighted that AAA Car Care Center offers a warranty on its work.

AAA PetBook Photo Contest Call for Entries
