Is your child riding safely? How about your car? Is it time to replace your windshield wiper blades or air filter? Are your hoses and belts in good condition?

Make sure your car is in top condition at our Safe Driving Day event on Friday, Nov. 9, at the Charleston AAA branch office, 1975-K Magwood Drive. All services are free.

No appointments are necessary. Hours are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

AAA staff will inspect child passenger safety seats and assist with proper installation. Those who are interested in child safety seat checks should bring a copy of their vehicle’s owner’s manual as well as the instruction manual for the seat.

The vehicle safety check includes looking at a vehicle’s tires, windshield wipers, lights, belts, hoses, air filter and battery.
