The internet offers ways for AAA Carolinas members to easily request emergency road service, renew their membership and allows nonmembers to join without picking up a phone. (Members can tell a friend how easy it is.) It all happens on AAA.com.

Emergency road service can be scheduled by clicking on “Request Road Service.” Clicking on “create a service call” will allow you to schedule AAA road service in advance. This service works best when members are at home and their vehicle won’t start.

Renewing your membership begins with a click on “Membership renewal.” Using your membership number or billing number, fill in the requested information then click on “View statement,” then “Pay Online” and finally  “Process payment” to conclude your transaction.

Nonmembers can join by clicking on “Join AAA Now,” and they can sign up as a basic, Plus or Plus RV member and add as many associates as they wish.
