Picture the Atlantic Seaboard in the 1930s - strolling along the wooden boards of the boardwalk. That's Disney's BoardWalk Villas - seaside charm of days gone by.
A focal point of Disney's BoardWalk dining and entertainment complex, Disney's BoardWalk Villas are adjacent to the BoardWalk Inn and housed in a lovely building painted in shades of cream and terra-cotta and sporting festive striped awnings.
The two hotels share a lobby and outdoor terrace, along with various recreational facilities, and the mini-water park, Luna Park.
Luna Park is an attraction in and of itself. Its pool features a 200 foot waterslide modeled after an old-fashioned wooden roller coaster.
Disney's BoardWalk Villas are designed to be vacation homes. There are studios, one and two-bedroom villas and Grand Villas that have three separate bedrooms and can sleep up to 12 people. All of the units have kitchen facilities - the studios have kitchenettes, while the others have full kitchens and laundry facilities. Units have beach-house type furnishings (nice beach-house type furnishings!) with french doors that open onto a patio or balcony.
With its option of separate bedrooms and kitchen facilities, Disney's BoardWalk Villas can be a real value for families and large groups.
The location is here is supreme. Epcot® is within walking distance, the nightlife of Disney's BoardWalk is right outside your door, and dining options abound. Not only do you have ready access to the restaurants on the BoardWalk, you are also within walking distance of the Swan and Dolphin hotels as well as Disney's Yacht and Beach Club resorts. Unless you have plans to eat or visit other attractions in Orlando, its likely you won't need a car. You have everything you need - down on the BoardWalk! |
