 Dining with Disney characters has become an event unto itself, so it is extremely important to make Advanced Dining Reservations for these meals. Call 407-WDW-DINE or ask your AAA Travel Professional. Most character dining experiences accept reservations up to 180 days in advance of your arrival date.
Important Note: Disney will change characters scheduled to appear at a moment’s notice. Typically, some but not necessarily all of the characters listed will appear. And, in some instances you may find yourself flirting with Minnie instead of high-fiving it with Mickey. |

Akershus is housed in a dining hall modeled after a 14th century Norwegian fortress. At breakfast you’ll find traditional favorites. Lunch and dinner offers above average Scandinavian cuisine. Start at the koltboard for cold meats, cheeses and salads. Then, order hot entrees such as venison stew, braised lamb and Atlantic salmon. This is character dining so rest assured there are kid-friendly (and familiar) menu items available. |
