When leaving or returning to the ship make sure you have your stateroom key card and a photo ID with you. Security is necessarily tight and you will not be able to disembark or reboard without these critical items. In addition, your belongings, along with any on-shore purchases, will be put through a security scanner when you return to the ship.
Remember your credit cards, Travel Money Cards or other forms of payment when going ashore. Your stateroom key card is only good for purchases on the ship or at Castaway Cay.
Note the “All Aboard” time found in your Personal Navigator for that port day. Make sure you are back to the ship by that time. If you are late, the ship will NOT wait for you.
At some ports, you will find locals aggressively selling their merchandise or services. These folks can be annoying but they’re not necessarily dangerous. Just keep walking and issue a firm, but polite, “No thank you.” |
