The Inside Scoop - Making Palo Reservations

Fortunately, Palo reservations can now be made online at www.disneycruise.com as soon as your cruise is paid in full. Guests in stateroom categories 1-3 are allowed to make their Palo reservations up to 105 days in advance. Stateroom categories 4-12 can make their reservations up to 70 days in advance and Castaway Club members (anyone who has sailed on the Disney Cruise Line at least once before) can make their Palo reservations up to 90 days in advance.

Palo reservations are popular and typically hard to get. You should make your reservations as soon as Disney allows you to do so. Typically, only one reservation is allowed per stateroom although this may vary on longer cruises.

If you can’t make your Palo reservations in advance, you can attempt to after you board on embarkation day. Make this a priority as soon as you board the ship. Check your Personal Navigator or ask a crew member for the time and location for Palo reservations. Send one member of your party as soon as possible – getting there early helps because it’s first come – first served. Have your preferred evening selected ahead of time and keep your fingers crossed!

If you are not able to obtain Palo reservations, you can ask to be placed on a wait list in case cancellations occur. You must cancel your reservations at least 6 hours before your reservation or you will forfeit the surcharge.
