All the spa and salon services require an additional fee (they are not included in the cost of your cruise) and all require reservations.
The good news is Vista Spa reservations can now be made in advance. It is highly recommended that you take advantage of these advanced reservations. The Spa is very popular and spa treatments can be fully booked very quickly. You can make reservations in advance online through the “My Disney Cruise” link on www.disneycruise.com or ask your AAA Travel Professional for help.
Currently, reservations for the Vista Salon cannot be made in advance.
If you choose not to make advanced spa reservations, you can do so onboard. The Vista Spa and Salon hosts an open house/tour of its facilities almost as soon as the ship is open to guests on embarkation day. The tour familiarizes guests with its excellent facilities and services.
If you haven’t made advanced reservations, it is wise to participate in the tour and make any reservations as soon as possible on embarkation day. Again, spa and salon services are popular and can become fully booked quickly – especially on the shorter 3 and 4-night cruises.
The Vista Spa is not actually operated by Disney. The Steiner Company – which provides spa services for many other cruise lines – manages the spa for Disney. Gratuities for spa, salon and fitness club staffers are not included in the price of services, so remember to include that in your spa budget! A 15% gratuity is standard. |
