Note on accommodations: (subject to availability)

  • Triples are accommodated in one room with two double beds.
  • King and rollaway beds are available upon request.
  • Parties of four having more than two Guests over the age of 14 years will be accommodated in two rooms, with each Guest paying the double rate. Subject to availability, all other parties of four can be accommodated in one room with one king or two twin beds plus two rollaway beds in Rome and one room with two beds and two sofa beds in Tuscany, with each Guest paying the quad rate.
  • Parties of three in Rome are accommodated in one room with a rollaway bed and either one queen bed or two twin beds.
  • Parties of three in Tuscany are accommodated in one room with two twin beds and either one additional twin bed or one sofa bed.
  • Parties of four booked as a quad:
    • In Rome, quads having more than two Guests over the age of 12 must be accommodated in two connecting rooms each having either two twin beds or one queen bed.
    • All other quads in Rome are accommodated in one junior suite with two rollaways and either one queen bed or two twin beds.
    • In Tuscany, quads are accommodated in a two-bedroom apartment with one queen bed and either two twin beds or one twin bed and a sofa bed.
  • Parties of four booked as two doubles are accommodated in two rooms, each having either one queen bed or two twin beds.
